TournamentHub · A platform for clubs and competitions

From your club teamto competition results.

TournamentHub is a system where clubs manage athlete records, organizers prepare competitions and referees record the action. Athletes, coaches and parents can view published participant lists, brackets and results on the public website.

For everyday team management and every stage of a tournament.

One event. A connected team effort.

  1. 01

    Prepare your competition

Athletes, categories, competition areas and bout order.

  2. 02

    Run bouts and performances

A referee workspace with scores, timers and results.

  3. 03

    Make information accessible

A public event page you can share with everyone.

Less administrative work

Your team, preparation and results in one connected process.

Athlete records you can reuse

Keep athletes in your club database and select them for future competitions. Update entry weights and disciplines without rebuilding your team list from scratch.

Preparation, step by step

Work with categories, participants, brackets and competition areas within the same event. Review assignments and manage bout order.

One link for participants

Publish event information, rules, participant lists and results. Coaches and parents can find what they need on the event page themselves.

Three parts of one platform

A workspace for each role. A shared event for everyone.

Club management, officiating and public information are connected. Here is what each part of TournamentHub does.

  1. Clubs and organizers

    Management dashboard

Club teams, entries, categories, brackets, competition areas, referees and bout queues.

Output: a prepared event and its participants.

  2. Referees at the competition area

    Referee workspace

Current and upcoming bouts, scores and timers for the selected mode, and completion of each result.

Output: recorded scores and performance results.

  3. Athletes, coaches and parents

    Public portal

Club and event discovery, event information, participants, published brackets and results.

Output: information people can view without a dashboard account.

The organizer controls publication of the event and tournament tables. The public website displays available event data; the separate referee scoreboard is intended for display at the venue.

From preparation to results

How a competition runs with TournamentHub

The organizer sets up the event. Clubs prepare their athletes. Referees work at their competition areas. The public portal helps everyone follow published information.

A category groups athletes under competition conditions. A bracket determines who meets whom. A queue sets the bout order at a competition area.

  1. Create the event

Add a name, sport, dates, venue and registration period. Prepare the rules, programme and contact information.

  2. Bring participants together

Clubs select athletes from their records. Organizers can add participants or import a CSV list. Entries include the required athlete details and disciplines.

  3. Prepare categories and brackets

Set up age and weight categories, assign athletes manually or run automatic assignment. Review the groups and generate pairings.

  4. Organize areas and bout order

Add competition areas and assign referees and categories. Review bouts and adjust their queue positions.

  5. Run the competition

Referees open assigned bouts or performances, use the scores and timers available in their mode, and confirm completion. A separate scoreboard can be opened for the venue.

  6. Share the results

Published brackets and results are available on the event page. Organizers can review placings, export results to CSV and mark groups as awarded.

A purpose for every role

From the club coach to parents in the stands.

Clubs and coaches

Maintain athlete records, invite colleagues and prepare your team for competitions. A public page presents your club, sports, locations and contact details.

Organizers

Bring preparation and event operations into one workspace: from registration and categories to referees, bout queues and final standings.

Referees

Work with bouts assigned to your area in a dedicated interface. Record scores, manage time and move on to the next performance.

Athletes and parents

View event information, participants, published brackets, bouts and results without signing into a dashboard. Clubs or organizers submit team entries.
